Who buys from us in quantity
- Aged care homes and retirement villages. Bathroom and bedroom aids for several rooms at once.
- Clinics, hospitals and occupational therapists. Supply against a list that a clinician has already specified.
- Retailers and online resellers. Repeat quantities of the lines that sell, quoted against the schedule you give us.
One thing worth saying plainly, because it saves a conversation later: everything we sell is a daily living aid for the home, and we do not give clinical advice. If a fit-out depends on a clinical assessment, have an occupational therapist specify it and we will quote against their list.
What a quote covers
- Quantity. Trade pricing on bulk quantities across the whole range. The unit price moves with the number, so the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. Mixed orders across ranges and sizes, so one order can cover a bathroom, a bedroom and a garden fit-out.
- Timing. Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier across Ireland. A bulk order is quoted with its own lead time, and if you need it by a date, say so at the quote stage.
- Delivery. Anything unusual about the delivery, such as an upstairs office with no lift, is worth telling us up front.

Can I buy several for a home or a facility?
Yes. For more than a handful, use the wholesale page and we will price it properly rather than making you add them to the cart one at a time.
Do you deliver to a hospital, a care home or a PO box?
We deliver to any Irish address the courier will accept, including a care facility. Add the recipient's name and ward or unit to the address.
Can I get an itemised invoice?
Yes. The receipt we email itemises what you bought and what you paid. If you need anything else on it, email us with your order number.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through our checkout, and PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
How long will it take to arrive?
Up to 7 working days in transit across Ireland, after dispatch within 2 working days. The handling time is the part before it leaves us.
