This bottom wiper uses a combination of solid plastic and rubber to provide long-term strength and use.
In addition to its strength, this padded soft end is very soft and comfortable for the skin.
Simply wrap toilet paper around the head of the wiper and push a portion into the opening.
Wipe, and then press down on the handle to release the paper for sanitary disposal.
