How much is delivery?
Free on orders of €75 or more. Below that it is a flat €25. The €75 is measured on the price you see.
How long will it take to arrive?
Up to 7 working days in transit across Ireland, after dispatch within 2 working days. The handling time is the part before it leaves us.
Is there a faster delivery option?
There is an Express Delivery option at the cart for €25, and you can choose it on any order, including one that already qualifies for free delivery. We do not publish a shorter transit time for it, so if you need something by a particular date, email us before you order.
Do you deliver everywhere in Ireland?
Yes, to any address in Ireland the courier will accept.
Is the price on the page the price I pay?
Yes. Every price on this site is in euro and nothing is added at the checkout except delivery.
Can I change my mind after it arrives?
Yes. Irish and EU law give you 14 days from delivery to change your mind on an online purchase, and our own policy gives you 15 days from delivery, one day more. Email us with your order number to start a return. Return postage is yours on a change of mind, and the refund is processed within 24 to 48 hours of the item reaching us.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us and we will put it right at no cost to you, with a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return postage. None of this limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022. Email theteam@customersupport.care with a photograph and your order number.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Until it ships, yes, free of charge. Contact us as soon as you can, because most orders leave within 2 working days.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through our checkout, and PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
