Tell us and we will put it right at no cost to you, with a repair, a replacement or a refund, and we cover the return postage. None of this limits your rights under the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022. Email theteam@customersupport.care with a photograph and your order number.
Can I cancel after ordering?
Until it ships, yes, free of charge. Contact us as soon as you can, because most orders leave within 2 working days.
Can I get an itemised invoice?
Yes. The receipt we email itemises what you bought and what you paid. If you need anything else on it, email us with your order number.

We introduced Eco Pack packaging and we work with our delivery providers to bring the carbon footprint of a delivery down. It is a direction rather than a finished job, and we would rather describe it that way than claim more than we have done.
