Independence, grace and dignity
As we all age, everyday activities can become more difficult to perform. We believe in helping people retain their independence, grace and dignity. That sentence is the whole brief, and every product on this site exists for that reason.
We are a family owned and run business, selling daily living aids online and delivering them across Ireland. Having the range in one place means you can choose by size, shape and option and buy it in one order, rather than hunting for each piece at a different local supplier.
What we will and will not tell you
We describe what a product physically is and what it does: how high it sits, where the grip point is, what it is made of, what it weighs, how far it adjusts. Every figure on a product page is one the supplier publishes, and where a figure is not published we say so instead of guessing.
What we do not do is tell you what a product will do for your health. We are a shop, not a clinician, and a claim about a health outcome is not something a shop can honestly make. If a decision depends on a medical judgement, that conversation belongs with an occupational therapist or a GP, and we are glad to supply whatever they recommend.
Buying direct, and what that pays for
We are an online supplier with no shop and no showroom. That is deliberate: the saving goes into the price rather than into a lease. You order on this site, pay by card through Stripe or by PayPal, and we deliver across Ireland.
Delivery is free on orders of €75 or more, measured on the price you see, and a flat €25 below that. Orders arrive 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Express Delivery is available on any order for €25.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are an online supplier with no physical shop or showroom.
Do you make any health claims about our products?
No. We describe what a product physically is and what it does, and nothing on this page is medical advice or a claim about a health outcome.
Can I order by phone or by email instead?
Email us and we will help. We are an online supplier with an international call centre rather than a local sales desk.
What if I need help choosing between two of these?
Email us before you order and describe the space and the person using it. We would rather answer first than process a return.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of €75 or more. Below that it is a flat €25. The €75 is measured on the price you see.
Can I change my mind after it arrives?
Yes. Irish and EU law give you 14 days from delivery to change your mind on an online purchase, and our own policy gives you 15 days from purchase, and you can use whichever ends later. Email us with your order number to start a return. Return postage is yours on a change of mind, and the refund is processed within 24 to 48 hours of the item reaching us.
What payment methods do you take?
Card payments through our checkout, and PayPal. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
